Cash on Delivery Orders

In case you wish to cancel your order you have to place a request with us before the shipment is out of our facility. The customer service team will make its best efforts to process it at the earliest. In certain cases when the order is already out for delivery or processed for shipment then the cancellation is not possible. 

If you still wouldn’t want the order placed you have an option to reject the package on delivery. If in any case you are not personally present when the package is arriving, keep your family or neighbours informed to cancel the order at the doorstep. If the order is accepted at delivery it will not be eligible for a return. Please go through the return policies for more. 

Prepaid Orders

The prepaid orders can be cancelled in the first four hours after the payment is done in order to get a refund through your payment method. If the time period expires the refund will be done to the bank account details upon request which will take upto 4 business days.
