Since personalized products are customized, we cannot accept returns on these items.

At the moment, we are offering free shipping on all our Prepaid orders and INR 70 for COD orders in India.

All our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of when you place the order. Orders placed on post noon, are dispatched on the following the next working day.

It usually takes 4-5 business days depending on your location. Please do not accept the package if it’s tampered with or damaged.

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number/ID via email. Orders can be tracked for Delhivery by clicking here and for Xpressbees here.

We are happy to accept unused and unwashed merchandise for return or exchange. For that, all tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Items are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
