Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all our pre-paid orders above Rs. 699. For COD orders and the orders below Rs 699 we charge a flat rate shipping of Rs.70.

Dispatch

All our orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the courier tracking details.

Don’t Like The Product? Don’t Worry

We are happy to accept unused products for return or exchange. For that, items must be returned in original packaging. Items are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customized bamboo tableware cannot be returned or exchanged.
